GENERAL LEAGUE INFORMATION
Developmental league is a program that is meant to prepare players for school and club. Our leagues provide structured practices and experienced coaches. No parent volunteer coaches like most leagues. League is for beginners and also for players with prior experience. Grades will vary per season but are typically 2nd-9th grade.
League players do not have to try out and are placed in groups based on experience and grade. Friend requests can be accommodated as long as players are similar in skill level and grade. There are no teams or official games. The goal of our league is to train players on the correct way to play volleyball and eventually make a team at their school or with our club program. Players will scrimmage to implement the skills learned in drills.
Winter, spring, summer, and fall leagues are offered every year. Most leagues are 8 weeks with the exception of winter session 1 which is 6 weeks.
Practices are 1.5 hours each and are offered once or twice a week (summer and fall only). A discounted price is offered for players who sign up for 2 days a week.

Leagues are offered at two locations. Please make sure to check the details for each location on the current season page using the links below.

Beginner Level 2 are players who have completed at least one session of the developmental league in addition to camps, clinics, lessons. Players should have some knowledge of the game and have been taught basic skills by experienced coaches. Players who also have completed one season on a school team in jr. high may also sign up for beginner level 2.
Intermediate players have some experience through our league or school in addition to camps or lessons. Players should have completed 2 seasons of the developmental league at Revolution before being considered intermediate. Players should be able to perform all basic skills such as passing, setting, hitting, and serving. Players who also have completed one season on a school team in jr. high may also sign up for intermediate.
Club Prep players are required to have completed at least 3 seasons of league at Revolution in addition to camps, clinics, and/or lessons. This group is for players who want to try out for a club team next season. Players must meet the requirements in order to join this group. If a player has completed less than 3 seasons of the league and would like to be considered for club prep, they must either come in for an evaluation or have a coach recommendation from a previous season at Revolution. Evaluations are $70 for one hour. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an evaluation. Club prep groups will have our most experienced or club coaches running their practices.
We reserve the right to move players to the correct level if they are misplaced or registered incorrectly.
Club level is offered for most seasons. This group is for experienced club team players who are currently on a team and want extra training.
